"I have a few clients that are unable to lean back for a shampoo whether it be vertigo or other issues. Works great but it was a little tricky at first."

"I had an older style that worked much better it was slightly larger and the Velcro was not as wide so much better as you could attach it around the neck or forehead very easily. This does not work well if yo want to attach it around the neck. My clients don’t like it around their forehead"
